Nutrition is key to feel young, aging gracefully and ultimately reverse aging! It benefits our physical appearance, so we maintain those youthful looks. It makes our brain function fully, so we are staying sharp every moment. Healthy diet strengthening our immune system  so that we are protected from infections, illnesses and pre mature aging.

A balanced diet is, of course, is necessary; lean protein, fruits, vegetables and good fats should always be the source of nutrition. There are many foods that highlighted as particularly valuable in slowing down the aging process.

1. Water

Health experts recommend the use of Boswellia or frankincense to reduce the pace of aging. They are ayurvedic and have many healing factors, including being anti-inflammatory and treats stiffness and joint pain. In fact, the use of many essential oils will be beneficial to address the ailments associated with aging, such as osteoarthritis, making you feel young always.
5. Bee Propolis
Some of the best natural anti-aging properties are found in bee propolis, bee pollen, and royal jelly. Royal jelly contains micronutrients, which activate the genes associated with longevity and is highly recommended for older adults.
6. Mitochondrion
The mitochondrion is present in human cells, which act as the principal ‘powerhouse,’ producing the much-required energy to support the functions of our organs. cluded a series of animal tests demonstrating the decline of mitochondrial functions in old rats. The conclusion suggested that a simplified diet should consist of a supplement in the form of a micronutrient called acetyl-L-carnitine (ALCAR) to prevent this mitochondrial decay.
While the micronutrient enhanced specific functions of the mitochondrion, it was ineffective in decreasing the level of oxidant production in the mitochondrial cells. With the addition of another supplement known as N-tert-butyl-alpha-phenyl-nitrone (PBN), research studies observed a remarkable improvement in the functions and a low level of free radical production in the mitochondrion. While mitochondrion is now available as a supplement, it’s best to consult your physician before consuming this.

MSM is an organosulfur compound composed of sulfur. There is no Dietary Reference Intake (DRI) or Daily Value established for sulphur and sufficient dietary sources are readily available in onions, garlic, vegetables and in protein containing food like nuts, seeds, milk and eggs.
